Mona received her M.Sc. in General Biology from the University of Oslo in 1994.
In 2000 she started working on clinical trials in the pharmaceutical industry. Since then, she has worked in major clinical research organizations, big pharma and smaller companies.

Mona has worked with a variety of indications (e.g. oncology, pain and cardio vascular diseases) in all study phases (phase I-IV, observational studies and registries). For the past 7 years Mona has been working mainly with start-up activities and is very excited to work with MAPS as a Clinical Research Associate overseeing and monitoring MP18 site in Norway.

Mona, her husband, son, daughter and dog live just outside Oslo. Even though she resides in Norway she is not very fond of snow and cold weather! In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, doing cross-fit, practicing mindfulness, reading and knitting.
