Karolina joined the European team as a Clinical Trial Assistant in November 2018 to support European MDMA Studies.

In 2004, she has earned a master’s degree in Natural Medical Sciences from the Free University in the Netherlands as well as a master’s and engineer degree in Biomedical Engineering from Wroclaw University of Technology in Poland.

She brings over 10 years of experience in clinical trials working for Contract Research Organizations (CRO) and big Pharma Industry as a Clinical Research Associate and Start-up Manager.

Karolina is proud to work for MAPS, as she believes that the clinical trials on MDMA-assisted psychotherapy are crucial and necessary to help suffering people to recover. She is very excited about this prospect and keeps her fingers crossed for a positive outcome of the trials in Europe and the US.
